Service Writer / Parts Coordinator
Roberts Trucking seeks a highly motivated and customer oriented professional for our service department.
We seek a dedicated Service Writer / Parts Coordinator with strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to assist maintenance shop using Keystone predictive maintenance data base and truck/trailer parts management in a fast paced environment.
Requirements The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills. Punctuality is required, along with professionalism. Experience as a Service Writer/Advisor with knowledge of tractor/trailer parts maintenance.
Preferred:
? Associates Degree /Technical training
? 3 + years experience as Service Writer
? Experience supporting shop activities
? Microsoft Office xxxx knowledge
? Keystone data system experience
